At NYELEE, we are dedicated to providing timeless, high-quality garments with care and purpose. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer exchanges — please note that we do not offer cash refunds — under the following conditions:

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • Items must be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.
  • Sale, discounted, or previously exchanged items are not eligible for a second exchange.
  • A valid order number or confirmation email is required as proof of purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may be made for a different size, color, or item.
  • If these conditions are not met, NYELEE reserves the right to reject the exchange.’

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR ONLINE ORDER

Upon receiving your package, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the items meet our exchange criteria, we will proceed with the exchange. A member of our team will then contact you to confirm the item(s) you’d like in exchange.

Please note:

We do not reserve items for exchange until the returned garments have been received and inspected.

  • Contact number
  • Order number
  • Preferred item(s) for exchange

Important Notes

  • We do not hold exchange items until the original is received and reviewed.
  • If your desired item is unavailable, we will issue you a store credit voucher for future use.
  • All shipping fees for exchanges must be covered by the customer.
  • NYELEE is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit due to improper packaging or incomplete information.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Any store credit issued is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged again.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange free pickup or return shipping.
  • After inspection, we will offer either a replacement or a refund if the issue qualifies as a production defect.

Please note:
We will not accept returns if:

  • The item has been damaged due to misuse or incorrect care.
  • The issue was reported beyond the 24-hour window.
