Delivery Policy

At Nyelle Clothing, we offer island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka.

Delivery Time

Colombo (01–15): Orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the order date.

Other areas: Deliveries outside Colombo may take 3 to 5 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
  • During peak periods, special promotions, or holiday seasons, there may be slight delays in order processing and delivery times.
  • Our courier service will attempt to contact you before delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your order may be cancelled.

We strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided in your shipping confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (see our Terms and Conditions for more details).

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees apply to all orders, including those involving product exchanges.
  • If you’re exchanging an item due to a product defect, the replacement will be delivered free of charge.
  • Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Important Information

  • Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
  • If you need to change the delivery address, you must send a written request to nyelleclothing@gmail.com or message us via WhatsApp. We can only process the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.
  • Address changes may result in a delivery delay, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If delivery fails after three attempts, or 10 days have passed since dispatch, the parcel will be returned to us. For prepaid orders, we can resend your parcel. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will require full payment via bank transfer before reshipping.
  • If you’d like us to delay dispatch for your convenience, please notify us in advance. We’re happy to hold your prepaid order if it hasn’t already been dispatched.

Title and Risk

Ownership of the products transfers to you once the delivery is successfully completed.
